So on my very first day I figured out the bus system and made my way downtown to the park where I was to be in the Jerusalem March as part of the American delegation from the ICEJ showing our support for Israel. It was a huge parade that went for 2.5 miles through the streets of Jerusalem. I guaruntee that's the most people I've ever been in the middle of in all my life! I ended up being quite early, and these are some lovely Orthodox girls that practiced their English on me while we waited.
